Paul commenced work at Ranvet in 1996 after completing an Advanced Diploma in Horse Management from Sydney University.
Since joining Ranvet, Paul has held the positions of Sales Representative, Key Account Manager, National Sales Manager and General Manager.
Paul attributes much of his success to his close working relationship with two of Ranvet’s founders, Bart Cummings and Dr Percy Sykes.

Sharon’s Business and Administration background is extensive. Her management and operational skills have always been in high demand. A working Mum, who also found time to occupy the role of Director in the family auction business before joining Ranvet in 2004. While at Ranvet, Sharon has managed several departments before progressing to the position of Operations, Export & Regulatory Manager in 2017.
Sharon considers herself very fortunate to have been able to have met and worked with Ranvet’s founders, Bart Cummings and Dr Percy Sykes.

Sheridan completed a Bachelor in Animal and Veterinary Bioscience at the University of Sydney in 2009. Looking to join an industry she is passionate about, Sheridan left a corporate job to commence work with Ranvet in 2014. She started life at Ranvet working in a Technical Sales, Admin and Marketing role. In June 2015, Sheridan moved into the position of Quality Assurance Manager and continues to enjoy the challenges and continual development gained from her role. In her spare time, Sheridan enjoys running and taking her horse-dog, Benson frolicking in the ocean.

Portia joined the Ranvet team in 2011 as a Sales and Marketing Associate after completing her Bachelor of Animal Science at the University of Western Sydney. After 3 years with Ranvet, Portia decided to move overseas and work for an Equine Health Company in Sheffield, England and then onto London to work for Hyde Park Stables as their Marketing and Office Manager. In 2015, Portia returned to Ranvet to fulfil the position of Marketing Manager.
In her spare time, she enjoys competing in dressage and showing with her Warmblood Sullivan.

Rami Sulaiman joined Ranvet in early 2009. Rami displayed leadership qualities and assisted in improving aspects of warehousing, production and logistics. In 2017 Rami was promoted to warehouse manager. In this current role, Rami is responsible for sourcing the highest grade material to use in Ranvet products. Manufacturing techniques and equipment are continually being updated under Rami’s supervision. Ranvet’s customer service and reputation for trusted performance products are thanks to the quality of our managers and the care taken by managers such as Rami Sulaiman.

Hennys joined the Ranvet family in 2021, with over 20 years of experience in accounting. Hennys has worked across an extensive range of industries but her love for animals is undeniable, and a big reason that drew her to the Ranvet Team.

Sharne first joined the Ranvet family in 2019, being named the winner of the Pony Club NSW and Ranvet ambassadorship. Sharne has been involved in the racing industry since the day she was born, growing up on a commercial thoroughbred breeding and racing stud in the Hawkesbury.
Sharne has ridden and competed in an array of disciplines, predominantly Show Riding and Dressage, where she has represented Pony Club on an International scale.
At the end of 2021, Sharne completed her double degree in Science and Advanced Studies of Agriculture, at the University of Sydney, with First Class Honours.
Sharne officially joined the Ranvet team as Nutrition and Events coordinator on completion of her degrees.

Neely graduated from Purdue University in Indiana, USA with a Bachelor of Science degree in Veterinary Technology in 1999, and also studied Animal Science through the University of New England in Armidale, NSW. Neely worked as the surgery coordinator at Randwick Equine Centre for 6 years and has extensive experience in the equine industry. Neely enjoys trail riding with her Standardbred “Tayo” and competing in Working Equitation with her Anglo “Cav”.

Selena has a love for the racing and thoroughbred industry having worked for Bart Cummings for 22 years as his stud and farm manager. She looked after some of Australia’s best racehorses and joined Bart at all the major yearling sales.
Selena has spent the last seven years in WA as the office manager at an Equine Veterinary Hospital before relocating to Qld. She has a passion for all things equine and enjoys competing with her off the track Thoroughbred on weekends.

Emma began riding horses at the age of 8, competing from Pony Club up to 4* Eventing, including being based with Olympic Gold Medallist Stuart Tinney as a working pupil and representing Australia as a Young Rider at the Trans-Tasman Championships in 2006. Emma has also worked as a professional eventing groom in Europe.
In 2012 Emma began working at Godolphin, experiencing both the racing and breeding side of the thoroughbred industry at Osborne Park and Northwood Park, respectively. In 2019, Emma began working at Blue Gum Farm as Client Relations and Marketing manager, working at thoroughbred sales throughout Victoria.
