Biography: Tom McDermott began riding at the age of 6 and has currently been riding for 11 years. Tom is one of the most successful young riders in 2009-2011.

 Biography: Melbourne based Standardbred trainer currently boasts over 20 Standardbred premierships. In his training career Lance has achieved in excess of 3,500 winners including two miracle mile winners (Sokyola), in addition to winning a trotter’s interdominion with the Standardbred Uncle Petrika.Twice Lance has represented Australia in the World Driving Championships besides winning the all important Victoria cup. Lance is currently president of the Trainers/Drivers Association in Victoria.

Biography: Charlotte’s love of horses started at the age of 11 on a horse named ‘Orthello’. Charlotte has competed at FEI level (international standard) on her two imported warmbloods 'Come to me' (Grand Prix) and 'Dunkerque' (Inter II), who are both supplemented with Ranvets Power Formula. Currently ranked in the top 5 in the Victorian 'A' Squad and in the top 15 in the Australian National Development Squad. Charlotte is also a Danish riding master and NCAS Level II coach.

Biography: Kylie is currently coaching and training Dressage riders and horses in the Macedon Ranges area, whilst completing a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering at the University of Melbourne.
