Paul Hoffmann
Domestic Sales Manager
In 1994 Paul successfully completed the Advanced Diploma in Horse Management at Orange Agricultural College in the central west of NSW and subsequently secured a position working in close collaboration with popular Randwick trainer, John Morish.
Since 1996, Paul has been an integral part of the Ranvet team, working with trainers and breeders in Australia and New Zealand and in his current role of National Sales Manager, Paul is involved in many levels of the horse industry.
Neely Hopkins
Neely graduated from Purdue University in Indiana, USA with a Bachelor of Science degree in Veterinary Technology in 1999, and has also studied Animal Science and Australian history through the University of New England in Armidale. Neely has over ten years of experience in equine practices and the equine industry in Australia and the US. Neely is an active committee member of the Veterinary Nurses Council of Australia and is the current Vice President of the NSW Division.
Lisa Justice
Western Victoria Technical Support
Lisa joined Ranvet in 2010, and currently supports horse trainers of all equine denominations, veterinarians, stores and distributors in Western Victoria. Lisa has predominantly been involved in the Racing industry as an A grade Trainer/Driver of Harness horses for the past 24 yrs. She also held a thoroughbred license for a number of years in S.A. Lisa reached the pinnacle of her chosen career in the 1990-1991 season, where she was Australia’s leading Reinswoman. Boasting over 900 winners as a driver and several hundred as a trainer, she contributes a wealth of knowledge gleaned from two decades living her passion.
Lisa spent time working in the Sydney racing laboratory, and believes in the use of blood tests, as a training tool, to identify issues when competing. These keys to success require balance in diet, work, recreation and rest and is the driving factor in producing the healthiest horses, and trainers!
Lisa is qualified in business studies, swim teaching, and is currently also in the Army Reserves.
Portia Eaton
Marketing and Promotion Associate
Portia graduated from the University of Western Sydney in 2011 with a bachelor of Animal science, majoring in Equine Studies. During the final year of university Portia undertook a study with Equestrian Australia ‘To determine the effects of climate change on the Equine Industry.’ Whilst at university Portia undertook studies in marketing which lead her to the role of our new Sales and Promotions Associate. Portia has a strong background in the Equine Industry and has been a competitive horse rider for over 16 years.
