Paul Hoffmann-Domestic Sales Manager
In 1994 Paul successfully completed the Advanced Diploma in Horse Management
at Orange Agricultural College in the central west of NSW and subsequently
secured a position working in close collaboration with popular Randwick
trainer, John Morish.
Since 1996, Paul has been an integral part of the Ranvet team, working with
trainers and breeders in Australia and New Zealand and in his current role
of National Sales Manager, Paul is involved in many levels of the horse
industry.

Priscilla Spendlove-Manager Equine Nutrition Division
Priscilla is a recent addition to the Ranvet team, commencing her position
in 2007 following graduation from The University of Sydney in 2004 after
completing a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and Animal Science (BScAgr/An
Sc Hons), which was followed by a PhD at The University of Sydney Veterinary
Centre, Camden examining respiratory disease in performance horses, in
particular facets of stable management and pharmaceutical intervention using
aerosol preparations for the treatment of lower airway inflammation.
During her undergraduate studies, Priscilla gained extensive experience in
the horse industries within Australia, in addition to a variety of other
large animal production industries. Furthermore, during her doctoral
candidature, Priscilla collaborated with fellow equine researchers in the
United Kingdom and The University of Glasgow, Scotland while traveling
nationally and internationally to Canada, USA, Germany and France for
further studies and the presentation of research proceedings at veterinary
and equine conferences.

Vici Burgess – Equine Nutritionist
Vici is a British addition to the Nutrition Division, joining Ranvet in
early 2009 after graduating with a Post Graduate Diploma in Equine Science
(PGDip Eq Sc) from the University of Essex in England where she managed an
agistment property while studying. Her previous studies include a Bachelor
of Arts degree in International Tourism Management (BA Hons), followed
closely by travelling around the world and experiencing different equine
cultures.
Vici has worked in Australia gaining experience within a number of fields
including the racing industry, polo industry and mustering cattle in the
Northern Territory. Vici is also a qualified equine Reiki practitioner.
Lyndon Cleary – Equine Nutritionist
Lyndon is a recent addition to Ranvet's Nutrition and Animal Health
Division. Lyndon graduated from the University of Sydney after completing a
Bachelor of Animal and Veterinary Bioscience [B.An Vet Bio Sc (Hons)] during
which he acquired an extensive range of skills and knowledge in a variety of
agricultural and animal industries throughout Australia.
Lyndon has a strong background in animal nutrition, having completed his
honours thesis on ruminant digestion at the Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada
Research Institute in Alberta, Canada. Since commencing at Ranvet Lyndon has
become an integral part of Ranvet’s Nutrition and Animal Health Division.
Francesca Coluzzi –
Manager Export Division
Francesca brings extensive sales and management experience derived from
industries such as the legal, security and real estate to Ranvet's Export
Division. Francesca has forged extraordinary relationships with existing and
new clients alike, with a vast knowledge of the regulatory/registration
requirements which are pertinent to exporting Ranvets products worldwide.
Her strengths in trade negotiations have ensured that that Francesca leads
our team into the many corners of the world; the division currently exports
to over 28 countries worldwide.
Since commencing with Ranvet in 1999, Francesca has been driving force and
integral to the numerous successes of Ranvet’s thriving Export markets.
Francesca has attended many specialised Export lectures for various markets,
conducted through both Austrade (Australian Trade Commission) and Australian
Business Limited. Francesca has been a guest speaker for Austrade where she
shared her experience with new Australian Exporters.

Trevor Daley-Finance and Administration
Trevor joined Ranvet in 1999 as Finance and Administration Manager, and has
subsequently become invaluable to the fluent running of the company and
plays an integral role in Ranvet’s financial development.

Claire Hawkey-Victorian/Southern NSW Sales Representative
Claire joined Ranvet in 2007 and currently liaises with trainers,
veterinarians and distributors in Victoria and Southern NSW. Claire
successfully completed her Diploma in Biological Sciences (Latrobe) whereby
she acquired a diverse range of analytical skills in both the laboratory and
field environments. Additionally, Claire has worked in various facets of the
performance horse industries and is an accomplished dressage rider of
advanced EFA status.
