Amino acids are
the building blocks of all protein and are therefore
essential for the synthesis of structural proteins,
enzymes, some hormones and neurotransmitters as well

affect exercise metabolism. Following water, protein
is the most plentiful substance in the body and
roughly one third of horse protein is found in
